General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the betting and gaming services offered by Fg66 (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you enter into a binding agreement with Fg66. Fg66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and modifications take effect as established by the posted notice. The English version of these Terms constitutes the sole legal basis for the business relationship between you and Fg66, and in the event of any inconsistency with translations, the English version prevails. By placing a bet or engaging with the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their current form and any amendments made thereafter.

Eligibility to Use Fg66 Services

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or reach the statutory gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction, and be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming in your residence country.
• You must participate in activities in a manner compliant with applicable laws; you may not place bets on behalf of bookmakers, agents or employees of such entities.
• You must not be personally involved in a sporting event as a participant, owner, trainer, official, or in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest affecting bet integrity.
• Fg66 may cancel bets or suspend activity if any condition of eligibility is breached, even after an event has concluded.

Account Registration and Verification

• Opening an account must be performed by you or an authorized representative. A prerequisite to placing bets is the creation of a registered account with Fg66.
• During registration you must provide accurate information (name, address, contact details, valid email, and payment information). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information and for safeguarding your login credentials. Fg66 is not liable for any misuse arising from disclosure of credentials by you.
• Fg66 conducts account verification. An account may be blocked or closed if information provided is incorrect or misleading. You must not maintain more than one active account; duplicate accounts will be closed and access denied.
• You may be required to notify Fg66 if you hold more than one account under different names. Fg66 reserves the right to deny registration or close accounts without providing reasons.
• You will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of login details and for all activities conducted under your account. Fg66 bears no responsibility for misuse caused by disclosure of credentials by you, whether intentional, accidental, active or passive.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds Management

• Deposits: You may fund your account to participate in wagering activity. The minimum deposit is the equivalent of 10 units of the local currency, and the maximum deposit is 10,000 units. There are no charges or processing fees imposed by Fg66 for standard deposits.
• Deposits may be effected from any authorized location or channel operated by Fg66, subject to verification procedures as required for account security and anti-money laundering controls.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to your nominated account. For withdrawals exceeding 3,000 units, additional verification procedures may be applied. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 units. The maximum profit payable to a single account is 25,000 units and the maximum account balance is 25,000 units.
• Inactive or dormant accounts: If no activity occurs for 24 months, Fg66 may transfer the remaining balance to the bank account you have on file and block the account.

Winnings, Settlements and Bet Rules

• Winnings on fixed-odds bets are calculated by multiplying the stake by the offered odds. Market settlement occurs promptly once the outcome is known. Only results that arise during the event are accepted; changes after settlement does not affect the win.
• For live bets, half-time bets, next-goal bets, over/under bets, and similar markets, settlements are determined by the outcome at the time of the event interruption and are settled based on the official result at completion or interruption, as applicable.
• If a sport event is canceled or not completed, the bet shall be treated according to the defined rules: if the event is restarted within 48 hours, the bet may apply to the rearranged fixture; if not restarted, the bet is declared invalid except for markets already determined before the interruption (e.g., first goal, next goal, etc.).
• Dead heat: if multiple participants share a win, winnings are divided proportionately. A cashout option may be offered by Fg66 on certain bets; this option is optional and may not be available at all times or for all bets.

Promotions, Cashouts and Adjustments

Fg66 may offer promotional incentives and cashout features on a discretionary basis. Cashout, where available, is not requestable by you as a matter of right; eligibility and terms are determined by Fg66 at its sole discretion and may be revoked or modified without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

• You may opt for self-exclusion by requesting termination of access to the Services via a designated representative. Self-exclusion is not reversible for a minimum period of seven days, after which reactivation may be requested.
• You may set limits on maximum bet size. Changes to limits take effect after seven days for increases or revocation and immediately for decreases, once the change is registered by Fg66. Bets placed beyond the set limit are not accepted.
• Fg66 encourages seeking professional help for problem gambling and provides information about available resources. No guarantee of effectiveness is provided, and support is external to the terms here.

Customer Conduct, Compliance and Sanctions

• Prohibited conduct includes collusion, fraud, and any money diversion or illegal activity. Fg66 reserves the right to invalidate bets and suspend or terminate accounts where such activities are suspected or detected.
• All transactions undergo anti-money laundering checks. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities and result in account suspension, balance freeze, investigation, and potential closure with forfeiture of funds where appropriate by law.
• Fg66 may disclose identity and activity information to authorities, banks, payment providers, and other financial institutions where required by law or regulation, and you agree to cooperate with such requests.

Intellectual Property and Software

The software and related materials provided by Fg66 are owned by Fg66 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the End User License Agreement. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify the software beyond the scope of the license.

Privacy and Data Protection

Fg66 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for account management, security, and service improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms; Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Fg66 may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, notice will be provided within the Services and/or via official communications. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fg66 operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through the appropriate legally binding forum or arbitration as designated by Fg66, subject to the right to seek injunctive relief in a competent court where permissible.

Termination, Suspension and Account Closure

Fg66 may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at its sole discretion for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately and you may request payout of any remaining positive balance in accordance with applicable procedures.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fg66 with respect to the Services and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. For matters not expressly addressed herein, you shall refer to applicable laws and regulations as enforced in the relevant jurisdiction.
